  • Continue normal operation

All functions can be configured or disabled through the TesterTLR software. The TLR 4 FTC integrates flame-control photocell monitoring and a dedicated thermostat input, ensuring safety of the heating circuit. Faults, tampering, or missing signals trigger a hot-circuit shutdown. Disabling this function is allowed only via software.

Dimensions remain identical to the TLR 4 FC model. To maintain the same footprint, internal wiring uses cables due to limited internal space. The model is not available in alternative versions; different solutions may require designing a new board, resin-sealed or open-frame, with different connection types.

FLW versions

FLW models do not perform the initial TOTALSTOP, regardless of the state of the pressure switches (one or two) at the moment the board is powered.

A low-voltage switch can be connected to completely disable the electronic section of the board. The TLR11 includes 4 pressure-switch inputs, which also provide safety monitoring: in case of water shortage, the diesel solenoid valve is immediately disabled.

TLR 11 CNT — Technical Details

The TLR11CNT is the evolution of the standard TLR11 model, now fully microprocessor-controlled, enabling the integration of new advanced functions. The board includes a connector that, through a dedicated interface board , allows connection to a PC. Using the TesterTLR software , the user can configure timings, enable or disable functions and controls, test each input/output individually, and monitor machine status during operation. Each unit is serialized (serial number visible via software), ensuring full traceability.

A key additional feature is the hour-meter, which displays total operating hours and hours worked with hot water. A maintenance hour-meter is also included: once the preset threshold is reached, a dedicated warning is shown (resettable only via software). The manufacturer can choose whether the machine continues operating or stops completely after an additional time threshold. All functions can be configured or disabled through TesterTLR.

The TLR11CNT is equipped with the new universal power supply system, allowing direct connection to any voltage between 90 and 520 Vac (50/60 Hz) without manual adjustments. The board automatically detects and adapts to the input voltage.

The unit includes a clean-contact NO relay, typically used for the 3-second delayed activation of the diesel solenoid valve. A low-voltage switch can also be connected to completely disable the electronic section of the board.

The TLR11CNT provides 4 pressure-switch inputs, which also act as safety controls: in case of water shortage, the diesel solenoid valve is immediately disabled and the pump stops after the configured TotalStop delay.

TLR 11 AF — Technical Details

The new product has been designed specifically for the management and control of cold-water pressure washers and will replace and standardize the FLW models. It features the new universal power-supply system, allowing operation from 90 to 520 Vac, 50/60 Hz without any configuration. The board automatically detects the input voltage and adapts accordingly. The same supply voltage powers both the electronics and the pump.

The TLR includes an optional direct input that can be used to shut down the machine by wiring in series a main switch, emergency stop, motor thermal probe, or similar safety device.

It operates as a simple timer for pump-motor control, with a standard timing of 7 seconds (other timings available on request). Unlike other TLR models, the AF version does not perform the initial TOTALSTOP pressurization cycle: the pump activates only when the pressure-switch inputs are actually closed.

TLR 15 — Technical Details

The TLR15 is fully microprocessor-controlled and can be configured directly by the operator using the test interface and the TesterTLR software for Windows PCs. Each unit is serialized (serial number visible via software), ensuring complete traceability.

The operator can configure timings, enable or disable specific functions, and monitor both total and partial hour-meters. The board includes a 24 Vac output whose function can be selected via software:

  • External hour-meter mode: activates in parallel with the pump, typically used to drive an external hour-meter.
  • Indicator mode: provides specific warning signals through coded blinking patterns.

The TLR15 also integrates an internal hour-meter, visible via software, enabling advanced maintenance management. A key feature is the partial hour-meter for maintenance alerts: once the configured threshold is reached, the board signals the need for routine service (resettable only via software). The operator can define whether the machine should continue operating normally or be completely shut down after an additional time threshold. TLR 20 — Technical Details

This version is equipped with dedicated power and control wiring to fully utilize the relay current capacity, which is not achievable with the Faston connectors used on the TLR15.

The board operates as a timer for pump-motor control, with a standard delay of 15 seconds (modifiable via software). The TLR20 is fully microprocessor-controlled and can be configured directly by the operator using the TesterTLR software on Windows PCs.

24 Vac Configurable Output

The board includes a 24 Vac output (max 100 mA), whose function can be selected via software:

Each unit is serialized (serial number visible through software), ensuring complete traceability. The board includes an integrated reset button (plus external reset input). When enabled via software, it allows the end user to reset the maintenance counter.

Maintenance management

A dedicated LED output signals when ordinary maintenance is required. The behavior at threshold is fully configurable:

  • Reset enabled — the end user can reset the maintenance counter via the reset button.
  • Unlimited operation — the machine continues operating while signaling maintenance; reset is possible only via software.
  • Dual‑threshold lock — after exceeding the second threshold, the board enters lock mode; unlock is possible exclusively via software.

The TLRF‑EC is designed for use with an external contactor (available from us), allowing the same control unit to be used across the entire cold‑water machine range.

Motor thermal protection

The motor‑thermal input blocks the machine when the operating temperature is exceeded and signals the event via LED. A different blinking pattern indicates the return to normal temperature. Power‑cycling the machine after a few seconds restores normal operation. All thermal events are logged through a dedicated counter.

The TLR11 features an integrated transformer, making it fully autonomous, and provides a 24 Vac auxiliary output suitable for powering a diesel solenoid valve and a mains-presence indicator (max 150 mA).

A low-voltage switch can be connected to completely disable the electronic section of the board. The TLR11 includes 4 pressure-switch inputs, which also provide safety monitoring: in case of water shortage, the diesel solenoid valve is immediately disabled.

A key additional feature is the hour-meter, which displays total operating hours and hours worked with hot water. A maintenance hour-meter is also included: once the preset threshold is reached, a dedicated warning is shown (resettable only via software). The manufacturer can choose whether the machine continues operating or stops completely after an additional time threshold. All functions can be configured or disabled through TesterTLR.

The TLR11CNT is equipped with the new universal power supply system, allowing direct connection to any voltage between 90 and 520 Vac (50/60 Hz) without manual adjustments. The board automatically detects and adapts to the input voltage.
